Ab mishran ko chaan kar kisi bartan mein daalein, taaki koi bhi gandagi nikal jayein. Ab jeera powder, lal mirch powder, namak, kala namak, saunth aur kali mirch powder ko mishran mein daal kar achhe se milayein. Ab mishran ko dhimi aanch par pakayein aur halka-bhura hone tak pakayein. Mishran ko chahe to thoda sa pani mila sakte hain, jisse mishran ki consistency achhi ho jaye.
