Chicken Biryani Recipe

Chicken Biryani banana ke liye aapko ye saaman chahiye hoga: 2 cup basmati chawal 2 tablespoon ghee ya tel 1 bada pyaaz, patla kaat kar 1 tablespoon adrak ka paste 1 tablespoon lehsun ka paste 2 hari mirch, kaat kar 1 dalchini ka tukda 3 elaichi ke dane 3 laung 1 tej patta 1 teaspoon jeera 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon haldi powder 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Namak swaad anusar 500 gram boneless chicken, chote tukdo me kaat kar 1/2 cup dahi 1/4 cup doodh 1/4 cup kata hua dhaniya aur pudina patti Iske baad aapko ye steps follow karne honge: Basmati chawal ko thande pani me dho kar 30 minute ke liye bhigoye. Ek bada bartan me ghee ya tel garam karein aur usme patle kaate hue pyaaz daal kar ise golden brown hone tak bhune. Adrak paste, lehsun paste aur kaate hue hari mirch daal kar mix karein aur 1 minute tak pakayein. Dalchini ka tukda, elaichi ke dane, laung, tej patta, jeera, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein. Boneless chicken ke tukde aur dahi daal kar acche se mix karein aur 5-7 minute tak pakayein. Bhige hue chawal ko paani se chhan kar bartan me daal dein. 4 cup paani daal kar acche se mix karein. Bartan ko tight-fitting lid se dhak kar dhimi aanch par 20-25 minute tak pakayein ya chawal puri tarah se gal jaaye. Ek chhote bartan me doodh me zafran daal kar mix karein aur alag rakh dein. Chawal gal jaane ke baad bartan ko aag se hata kar 5-10 minute ke liye rakh dein. Chawal ko fork se alag alag karein aur kata hua dhaniya aur pudina patti se sajayein.
