Ghar Par Falooda Sharbat Banane Ka Asaan Tarika

Sharbat ek bahut hi famous drink hai South Asia mein, khaaskar India aur Pakistan mein. Ye ek taaza, meetha aur creamy drink hai jo garmi ke dinon mein bilkul perfect hai. Agar aapne ise pehle kabhi nahi piya toh aap kuchh miss kar rahe hain! Is post mein, hum aapko ghar par falooda sharbat banane ka asaan tarika batayenge. Saman: 1 cup falooda sev (vermicelli) ubaal kar taiyaar ki hui 4 cups thandi doodh 4 tbsp rose syrup 2 tbsp sabz
a seeds (basil seeds) 1/4 cup kaat kar taiyaar ki hui dry fruits (pista, badam, kaju) 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Vidhi: Ek bartan mein falooda sev ko 2-3 minute ubaal kar pakaye, phir use thande paani se dho kar alag rakhe. Sabza seeds ko 1/2 cup paani mein 10-15 minute tak bhigo kar rakh dein taaki woh sufaid aur gool ho jayein. Ek lambi glass mein ek tablespoon rose syrup aur ek tablespoon falooda sev daal dein. Ek cup thande doodh ko glass mein daal kar dhire dhire milayein. Usme ek tablespoon bhigoye hue sabja seeds aur kuchh kaate hue dry fruits daal dein. Ek aur tablespoon rose syrup aur tablespoon falooda sev daal kar milayein. Ab ek aur cup thande doodh ko glass mein daal kar milayein aur dhire dhire milayein. Ek scoop vanilla ice cream aur thodi aur dry fruits daal kar oopar se sajayein. Thanda falooda sharbat taiyaar hai. Tips: Aap rose syrup ki matra ko apne swad anusar badha ya kam kar sakte hain. Aap phal ka tukda, jelly, ya fir kulfi (Indian ice cream) bhi daal sakte hain ek alag twist ke liye.
